How do we communicate?
Email is our preferred method of communication. If you have a different preference, please let us know! Meetings can be arranged over zoom, or in person if preferred.

Project Timeframe?
4 weeks lead time is recommended for branding and web design to achieve the best results. Less time is required for individual items such as billboards or social media designs.

Revisions
3 rounds of revisions are included in all quotes. Any additional rounds requested can be quoted at the time of request. We generally find our clients are thrilled by this point though.

What will I receive?
Once approved, all artwork is prepared for web or print use and supplied as a Dropbox download link. If you require any assistance communicating with your printer or developer please let us know!

What if we don’t like the draft?
This rarely happens, but if we missed the mark, we need to figure out why & move closer to our mutual target. Referring back to the initial brief, we can pinpoint any miscommunication & additional options will be presented. This is deducted from the total revisions.

Payment
Invoices will be sent to your preferred email address. Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required to commence the project & 50% upon completion.
